However, we cannot guarantee or warrant its accuracy, topicality, and completeness and therefore exclude all liability in this respect. This also applies to references, so-called hyperlinks, which are published by Americaphotoprint directly or indirectly on its website. Americaphotoprint assumes no responsibility for the contents of such external sites that you access through a link or other citation.

Liability and Copyright

You assume responsibility for the content of your images and warrant that they do not violate local and international copyright laws. All images you send us have permission to be printed whether they are yours or third-party images.

However, it is our responsibility to act upon becoming aware of a specific infringement of rights. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the respective illegal content from our site without delay, with the result that we will not be able to proceed with your order.

Inappropriate content that we do not process

   

We do not process pornographic, racist, or obscene content that violates local or community laws. We reserve the right to decide whether the content is inappropriate.

Account Termination
Uploading inappropriate images may result in account termination.

Changes in product prices

Changes in product prices. Although we try to keep prices stable, due to price changes in the market for the products we use or other factors, our prices may change.
Americaphotoprint reserves the right to change prices on projects. This includes scenarios where a customer has initiated a project(s) that will become inactive or may be placed in their shopping cart for an extended period and, after an overall price adjustment, the initiated project(s) are now priced differently. This does not apply to the product that you pay for in full and have made immediately.

Sales and returns policy

Because most of our products are customized or are unique to each customer, we do not accept returns we encourage you to review and check and make sure the finishes of the materials we work, for this we have samples of products with a percentage discount.because we are not exempt from error when making the product we have a strict quality control, however, we are willing to remedy any problem if it is our mistake.

Fraudulent actions

If an account engages in debilitating actions, such as generating spam emails, threatening support agents, or placing a large volume of fraudulent design orders, a polite warning will be issued. If warnings do not resolve the situation, Americaphotoprint reserves the right to suspend accounts.

Changes that may occur in terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions may change without notice. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. Your continued use of the Americaphotoprint website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the change. In addition, by ordering products or using services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms in their entirety.
